Trillian may refer to:
- Trillian, a fictional character in The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy, by Douglas Adams.
- Trillian, an instant messaging application named after the above mentioned fictional character.
"Trillian" is also a common misspelling for
- trillion, a number equal to either
- 1012 (1,000,000,000,000) in short scale (as used in the United States, among other countries), or
- 1018 (1,000,000,000,000,000,000) in long scale.
- trillium, a type of flower.
