Tungsten hexafluoride
Tungsten hexafluoride (WF6) is the heaviest known gas. Its molecular weight is 298. Its boiling point at normal atmospheric pressure is 290 kelvin (27 °C or 81 °F). It is used for chemical vapour deposition, for example in the silicon computer chip industry.
