U.S. Highway 400
US 400 is an east-west U.S. Highway. Its route number is a "violation" of the usual AASHTO numbering scheme, as there is no US 00.

As of 2004, the highway's eastern terminus is east of Joplin, Missouri at an intersection with Interstate 44. Its western terminus is in Granada, Colorado at an intersection with US 385.
