Yes, Kate's Tools are down. If the Wikimedia Foundation wishes to impose ridiculous and draconian restrictions on the software it wants on its machines, then it's free to do so, but I was here to create an encyclopedia, not go on some crusade against Microsoft because someone doesn't like them.
