General info

Hi, I'm Owen Lloyd, a senior at Oregon State University in Corvallis majoring in sociology. I found out about Wikipedia somewhere in the middle of September, 2003 and have found it rather fascinating. I've been a member of the Typo Team since December 10, 2003 and a sysop as of February 6, 2004. I'm a member of the Libertarian Party, although I'm more accurately an anarchist and a radical feminist. I'm also an anti-war pacifist. My religious affiliation is weak agnostic. Although born in the United States and having never left the country, I do not consider myself American, but rather prefer to consider myself a world citizen. However, I do not mean this in the political sense of the term, as I largely find the idea of a single world government (and indeed, governments in general) unattractive. Please feel free to address personal attacks and any other criticisms of my person to my talk page.

You can find a list of new articles I've contributed here. Statistics concerning my contributions to the English language Wikipedia can be located here (thanks to User:Kate!).

To-do list

  • Marissa Nadler
  • Sociology of the family
  • Emma Pieczynska-Reichenbach (from )
  • Timeline of sociology

Science kits, science lessons, science toys, maths toys, hobby kits, science games and books - these are some of many products that can help give your kid an edge in their science fair projects, and develop a tremendous interest in the study of science. When shopping for a science kit or other supplies, make sure that you carefully review the features and quality of the products. Compare prices by going to several online stores. Read product reviews online or refer to magazines.

Start by looking for your science kit review or science toy review. Compare prices but remember, Price $ is not everything. Quality does matter.
