Great Auk

I was wondering what you objected to in my minor edit of the Great Auk article. Granted, the use of the word "that" as a conjunction is debatable, but it's standard practice to add a comma after the last element of a date.

can't respond on your user page, no signature or page content. Removal of "that" did not seem to be good usage. jimfbleak 18:54, 5 Apr 2005 (UTC)

diving-petrel or diving petrel

Looks like you had a fine old time in Trinidad and Tobago. If you want any seabird articles for photos you have let me know. Anyway, just a brief question about diving petrels. I've just been working on the article, expanding it a bit, but I've noticed that the HBW series that we use as a standard has them as diving-petrels, but we have it as diving petrels. There seems to be little concensus amongst the other books I use. I'm happy enough to leave it as is, but I thought I'd mention it in case it needs moving.
