Val-d'Or Foreurs
The Val-d'Or Foreurs are an ice hockey team based in Val-d'Or, in the region of Abitibi-Témiscamingue, Quebec, Canada. The team, born in 1993, plays in Quebec Major Junior Hockey League, member of the Canadian Hockey League. Among Foreurs former players are Roberto Luongo, Jean-Pierre Dumont and Steve Begin. They have been in the Memorial Cup twice, and lost in the 2001 finals.
