Vladimir "Vladdie" Konstantinov (born March 19 1967 in Murmansk, USSR) is a former NHL hockey player. He was drafted 221st in 1989 by the Detroit Red Wings. He was part of Detroit's Russian 5 unit under Scotty Bowman. He played defense with Slava Fetisov.

Accomplishments: He was part of the NHL all rookie team (1992), NHL Second All-Star Team (1996), Alka-Seltzer Plus Award (1996), Stanley Cup (1997).

Unfortunately Vladdie only got six seasons in the NHL before being forced into retirement because of an automobile accident on June 13, 1997 when the limousine he was riding in struck a tree. He was lucky to survive. Also in the car were fellow teammate and linemate Slava Fetisov and team masseur Sergei Mnatsakanov.
