The Vodafone-Turm (Vodafone Tower) is a 98.6-m-high tower for directional radio services and mobile phone services in the suburb of Stuttgart-Vaihingen. The Vodafone-Turm was built in December 1998 in 5 days. It consists of concrete elements and looks like a tripod, which is a very unconventional design. The aerials for directional radio services are on platforms at 58 m, 62.5 m, 67.5 m, 70 m, 75 m, 77.5 m, 80 m and 82.5 m.
