WWE No Way Out is an annual WWE event, which started in 1998, excluding 1999. As of 2004, No Way Out is a Smackdown exclusive pay-per-view event.

  • Big Show defeated Raven to win the WWE Hardcore Championship
  • Chris Jericho defeated Chris Benoit, Eddie Guerrero and X-Pac to retain the WWE Intercontinental Championship
  • Stephanie McMahon defeated Trish Stratus
  • Triple H defeated Stone Cold Steve Austin in a 3 Stages of Hell Match (First fall was singles won by Stone Cold, second fall was a Street Fight won by Triple H and third fall was a Cage Match also won by Triple H)
  • Steven Richards defeated Jerry Lawler
  • The Dudley Boyz defeated Edge & Christian and Kane & Undertaker to retain the World Tag-Team Championship in a Tables Match
  • The Rock defeated Kurt Angle to win the WWE Championship

2002

This event was held on February 17, 2002 in Milwaukee, Wisconsin

Note: Before the matches, Hollywood Hulk Hogan, Kevin Nash, and Scott Hall appeared in a WWE ring (for the first time in many years) as the nWo, who had been "hired" by Mr. McMahon.
