Wendy's International, Inc. is the parent company of Wendy's, Tim Hortons and Baja Fresh. It also owns 70 percent of Cafe Express and 25 percent (fully diluted) of Pasta Pomodoro. John T. Schuessler is chairman of the board and chief executive officer.
The company is traded on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol "WEN". Its corporate headquarters is located in Dublin, Ohio.
