West Coast Express
West Coast Express is British Columbia's only interregional commuter rail service, linking Mission, Maple Ridge, Pitt Meadows, Port Coquitlam, Coquitlam, and Port Moody with Waterfront Station in downtown Vancouver.
West Coast Express operates Monday to Friday only, with trains running to Vancouver in the morning peak hours and returning to Mission in the evening peak. The commuter rail service is operated by TransLink, the transportation authority of the Greater Vancouver Regional District.
Trains consist of a General Motors locomotive and four to nine Bombardier bilevel passenger coaches. Seating capacity on each passenger coach is 144.
