Westchester Square-East Tremont Avenue (IRT Pelham Line station)
Westchester Square-East Tremont Avenue is completely renovated. The station has glass block tile and "uptown and "downtown" directional mosaics in the mezzanine. From the northbound platform, one is afforded a good view of the Bronx-Whitestone and Throgs Neck Bridges. The Westchester yard is to the west side of the station. There are no windscreens and the canopy is new. An interesting geometric sculpture is in the mezzanine on the northbound side.
