Whenever
Whenever is an esoteric programming language by David Morgan-Mar. Whenever has no sense of urgency. The program code is like a to-do list - the interpreter can execute the lines whenever and in whatever order it chooses to. However, the lines may contain a clause that specifies that it cannot be executed until certain conditions apply. There are no control flow structures, variables or data structures.
