Wil Anderson
William James (Wil) Anderson (born January 1974) is an Australian comedian, performing stand-up, as well as on television and radio. From 2001 to 2004 he was best known as one half of Triple J's Breakfast Radio Team , co-presenting with Adam Spencer on the show which aired nationally across Australia every weekday. In 2005 they were replaced by Frenzal Rhomb members Jay and the Doctor.
Wil still gets a national audience by being the primary host of the ABC TV Wednesday night show, The Glass House with Corinne Grant and Dave Hughes.
Wil is a popular and accomplished performer, known for naming his solo shows with a creative pun of his own name such as Kill Wil (2005), Licence to Wil (2004), Jagged Little Wil (2003), Who Wants To Be A Wilionaire (2000), Willenium (1999) and I am the Wilrus (1998).
Wil hails from the town of Heyfield (in the Gippsland region of Victoria, Australia); he went to the same high school as author Max Barry. He attended Gippsland Grammar School in Sale. Wil is now based in Sydney. He is represented by Token Artists.
