William Henry (delegate)

William Henry (May 19, 1729– December 15, 1786) was an American gunsmith from Chester County, Pennsylvania. He was a delegate for Pennsylvania to the Continental Congress in 1784 and 1785.
In 1763 he made his own steam engine, and then failed in an attempt to build a steamboat.
