Winnipeg International Airport
Winnipeg International Airport is an airport in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada. It is the 8th busiest airport in Canada serving 2.8 million passengers in 2003.
The airport uses the IATA Airport Code YWG.
Opening in 1928, it was Canada's first international airport. A major project involving the construction of a new terminal is on the drawing board. It is scheduled to be completed by 2009.
