Wolfenschiessen
Wolfenschiessen is a municipality in the canton of Nidwalden in Switzerland. It has a population of 2000 of which 10% is of foreign nationality (2002). The area of Wolfenschiessen 92.76 km².
There are 190 local businesses which employ 700 people. 43% of these are in the agricultural sector, 20% in trade and industry, 37% in services.
The main sights of Wolfenschiessen are: the parish church St. Maria, the chapel St. Joder in Altzellen, the mansions Hechhuis, and the Grossitz mansion.
