Luo Xuejuan (Simplified Chinese: 罗雪娟) (born January 26 1984 in Hangzhou, Zhejiang province) is an athlete from the People's Republic of China. She competes in swimming.
She began swimming in 1991 because her parents thought she was so thin that the exercise would make her stronger.
Luo represented China at the 2004 Summer Olympics, earning a gold medal in the Women's 100 meter breaststroke and setting a new Olympic record of 1 min 6.64 s, just longer of the world record by 0.27 seconds.
