Zig-Zag products

Cigarette papers: These come in two sizes. One size is the size 1. This size is often called "the white pack" because of its color. Another size is the size 1¼, often called "the orange pack" because of its color. Usually both sizes are sold together in many stores across the U.S. Cigarette tobacco: Sold in four varieties. This tobacco is uncommon and hard to find in stores.

Filtered cigarette tubes: These are filters for hand rolled cigarettes. They help reduce the tar from the cigarette.

Filter cigarette making machine: This is a basic rolling machine. This is also hard to find. Many hand rollers consider the dollar method to be a cheaper and better method. Others believe that any cigarettes should only be rolled by a bare hand.

History of Zig-Zag

In 1894 Maurice and Jacques Braunstein invented the process of interleaving rolling papers. They called their papers Zig-Zag, after the term used to describe the interleaving process. In 1900, Zig-Zag was awarded a gold medal at the Universal Exposition in Paris.

Zig-Zag products and cannabis culture

Cannabis joints are a standard method of smoke delivery for marijuana.

Since cannabis is illegal in many areas, any legal thing that can be related to cannabis is prized by the drug community. Zig-Zag products have a strong following among the stoner subculture.

Many artists and musicians, such as Eminem, have used Zig-Zag products in their art to represent cannabis consumption.
