Think of it this way
Harmful bacteria are like tiny bits of mold that slip through a crack in a jar lid. Once inside, they spread through the food and release waste that turns it bad. Your body works the same way. It has walls that block most germs, but some find weak spots, get in, multiply fast, and release toxins that damage cells.
