Subliminal Perception
Subliminal Perception is when your brain picks up on things you see or hear too fast to notice.
Think of it this way
A jar of salt and a jar of sugar sit on the counter. You walk past and glance at both for a split second. You don't think you saw them clearly. But later, you reach for the right jar without thinking — your brain stored the detail.
Explaining subliminal perception by grade level
Someone shows you a color on a screen for just a blink. You did not see it, but your brain still caught it. Later, you might pick that same color without knowing why. Your brain takes in more than your eyes tell you about.
