Arrhenius Equation is a math formula that shows how heat makes things happen faster.
Think of it this way
Two bowls of sugar sit on a counter — one with cold water, one with hot water. You stir both the same way for the same time. The sugar in the hot bowl melts away much faster. The Arrhenius equation is the math that tells you how much faster heat makes things break down.

Listen to a cricket on a warm night. It chirps very fast. On a cool night, the same cricket chirps much slower. The warm air gives the cricket more energy to move and sing. Cold air takes that energy away.
