Disease Transmission
Disease Transmission is how germs spread from one person to others and make them sick.
Think of it this way
Spores from a moldy piece of bread can spread through a kitchen. When you slice the bread on a cutting board, tiny spores fall off and land on the surface. Then you set a clean apple on that same board. The spores move from the board to the apple — and now the apple carries them too.
Explaining disease transmission by grade level
Think about one person with a cold in your class. They sneeze, and germs fly through the air. Other people breathe those germs in. Soon, more and more classmates start to feel sick. That is how one sick person can spread germs to a whole group.
